I shop online from this store and haven't had any problems. I occasionally visit the store for a quick pickup of forgotten items. It's clean and well sstocked.

I am very disappointed in the customer service especially from what I believe was a manager. My uncle and grandmother (both elderly) had to go to the self check out with 23 items because there was no one at the register. I had to step put to run an errand while they were left to scan the items. They had a difficult time and accidentally scanned 4 items twice and didn’t even notice because they couldn’t see the screen. It wasn’t until we got home ehich was too late to go back because we got home around 10 something that my uncle noticed he scanned multiple items twice. We came back the next day at the same time around 9pm almost 10pm (which was when we had time to come back on September 17) and Cheryl provided terrible customer service. When we explaimed the situation, instead of taking accountability for the lack of service that night she proceeded to tell us with an attitude we were coming in so late and basically not believing us. She claimed if there was no one at the register and we had 23 items we weren’t supposed to go through self check out and it was our fault for not speaking up. It is not our job to do your damn job. It is not our job to tell you that you have no one at the register, it is not our job to tell you the person overlooking the self check didn’t say anything for having more than 15 items. Instead of denying and giving attitude towards a customer approaching you with an issue hoping you could resolve, you should learn to take accountability and admitting your errors. I did not appreciate the way she tried to speak to my uncle and me. It was unacceptable especially if she is a manager. Please train her or tesch her how to speak to customers hoping for a problem to be solved. You should ALWAYS have someone at the register, there are people with disabilities, elderly, etc that are not equipped to maneuver technology.
