- FCFernando CastroDec 28, 20253.0Firstly, I wanted to make it clear that the service was not Pizza Hut’s fault, but more so with the DoorDash delivery guy. On Saturday, December 27th, I ordered five pizza boxes from Pizza Hut for a quinceañera. I already tipped online when I made the order, around $19 and out of the kindness of my heart decided to tip an extra $20 to the DoorDash delivery person named Jose when they arrived. The grand entrance for the party was just beginning when the DoorDasher arrived and I gave the tip to my stepfather to give to them since I couldn’t do it myself. My stepfather later recounted the experience with my mother and I—the DoorDasher, Jose, demanded MORE money from my stepfather and pressured him into giving it. My stepfather is a sweet, old man, so obviously he caved in. Besides that terrible delivery experience, the pizza was very good and by the end of the night we were left with only one box. My kind regards go out to the restaurant.

Dough was stuck to the box and overall terrible! The Pizza Hut in Maryland does a better job for sure, avoid this place if you can.
