- PNPatrice NDec 16, 20252.0Ubereats displays false deception and false advertising that the "store staff would deliver our order." We placed the order 12:47p est. When we called the store they stated that are waiting for a Uber driver and to contact Uber about it. Bad enough, we was waiting 2 hours for our food and it was a hassle to cancel this order. When we asked" what are options? " The store staff stated that he would make the order again and also he stated he need my card number over the phone. The money was already on hold. So that's impossible at the moment. When I attempt to place the order over the phone they decided to pick up and hang up. That's unacceptable and bad customer service. Won't be ordering for them any longer. Luckily we was able to get our funds back. Moral of the don't waste your time. I wouldn't recommend going through third party apps either. At all. Do better with y'all systems.

I was asking him pricing of the item he began to respond real rude and tells me I can’t add another item on to my order and walked away. I asked for a refund he says he does not know how to do a refund because I used a card.Then asks me if I would like to add the other item to my order I told him no I asked can someone else who knew how to work the register come and assist him with my refund. My suggestion if you don’t like the job you work for or supposedly can’t understand English you should not work the front register.The employees name is Riyad
- JBJojo BrewNov 4, 20251.0I been coming here for a long time and never had a problem today I ordered wings all flats and a small pizza when I good the pizza it was fine but the wings had hair in it and they charged me for all flats and I didn’t get them I called and asked nicely can I have a refund for my wings because it had 3 hairs in it and the man told me they wear hair nets witch they don’t and told me I must have put it in there I will never come back again they used to be good but now I’m turned off
