When I told him I had been on hold for 5 minutes, he told me that the phone just rang on his side and that I could go online and make a complaint if I wanted to. So I am doing just that. It’s a rare occasion that someone in a customer service roll will speak to someone with such discourteous disdain, but that has been my experience tonight. When I asked the gentleman’s name, he hung up the phone.
