I didnt know until I picked my son up from school so I called to find out why... they advised me that they gave it to someone random that was outside and my sin birthday was ruined...... never asked for verification or called me or anything... and then blamed me and said it was my fault for not calling sooner... but I placed notes stating what class room it should be take To and etc.... Paul argued with me and never gave any help.... papa johns has lost my service after that
