    I ordered a family deal for a specialty pizza (garden) and a cheese pizza (for my two topping pizza). But it wouldn’t work ok my phone so I switched to a computer to order it. When it arrived it was two garden or veggie pizzas. When I called the manager wouldn’t fix it because he said I ordered it online and that’s what I ordered. I was surprised at the level of service and the unwillingness to do anything about it. I won’t order from them again.

    I was misgendered by staff over and over again. Even after I corrected them. For the record, I am not even transgender. They just did that out of malice. I kept getting called sir and he/him and I’m a female. Disgusting ignorant staff

    I waited over an hour for my food for the lady to get here with no change and harassed me for a tip I was going to give her but her attitude was horrible and her service was unprofessional then she left with my food and never came back to give me change so I called the manager told him the situation he said she will bring my food and change back but she went to the store and lied about feeling uncomfortable because I told she wasn’t getting a tip because she was being rude and they canceled my order I had to call them in order for them to tell me they canceled my order
