  Terrible customer service from this Papa John’s location. When I called the store, the employee was mumbling so badly I could barely understand a word he was saying. It was frustrating just trying to have a basic conversation. The app showed my pizza as delivered, but I never received my order. I called immediately to report it, and instead of helping resolve the issue, the staff acted unprofessional and dismissive. No clear explanation, no urgency, no effort to fix their mistake. I ended up wasting over 2 hours and still got no pizza. Completely unacceptable service. I won’t be ordering from this location again.

  The delivery driver calls you and expects you to come down to his car to get your pizza. He said that's what everybody does. This time he was across the street and down the block. We pay for delivery and tip. WTH?????

  I told them about a problem I add with one of my orders and they offered a free pizza, good customer service.
