This is the third time my order has been wrong on a bagel and cream cheese - hard to get easier than that. I guess if they don't have what you request (cinnamon swirl bagel and hazelnut cream cheese), they just give you what they feel is equivalent (cinnamon raisin bagel and honey walnut cream cheese). I ordered what I did because that's what I want...thanks for the repeated suggestion that I start liking raisins, but you've messed up my breakfast for the last time.
