I placed my order through the mobile app and confirmed it again at the drive-through kiosk. After waiting nearly 20 minutes with no update, an employee told me I would need to place my order again because she “didn’t receive it.” I explained that I had already paid and even showed her proof of the order, but she was dismissive and seemed irritated rather than helpful. After all that waiting, she finally handed me my food — which was cold — and never offered an apology or any acknowledgement of the inconvenience. The lack of communication, customer service, and basic courtesy made this visit incredibly frustrating. I hope management addresses these issues, because this level of service is unacceptable. I wish I could post negative star for their review.
