Bathrooms were filthy (which most fastfood chains are) most of the "issues" are lack of communication but for the most part... they provided accordingly after having to stay on top of them. We only expect what we pay for...and that is better customer service.

This may sound harsh, but it has to be true. They are very specific instructions. It’s not hard. I press a button and yet I’m always missing something from my order I understand that sometimes you’re out of things as I work in food service as well but whether it be apple pie, french fries nuggets, a sauce a drink there’s always something missing from my order. They need to have a retraining or they need to clean house with the employees that worked there because they are incapable of putting together a simple order.

Just tonight, the fries weren’t hot (it was a cold snap) and asked them for hot fries at the window. They quickly resolved it — resolved it professionally and without needing to rant on TikTok about it. If you have an issue, check your order before leaving. We’re all human so be kind.
