    Customer service - in take - great-pleasant with a smile- customer service- 40 years or less Latino - rude and unnecessary comments that she called my ticket number- a long time ago- Ma’am next time please save the extra comments - not everyone can stand and wait for numbers to be called - partially disabled: wife of Veteran - please do better or do not work in customer service/ thank you
