It’s very annoying when the employees forget to give you the food you pay for. These are simple things that should be hard to screw up. The folks who work here have always been very nice and kind to me, so maybe this is a customer volume (in multiple aspects) or managerial issue. The guys hanging out panhandling in the parking lot need to work on their pitch. No one is going to give them money or buy them lunch when they slur their first sentence and have a half-assed delivery. This place is like a mecca for panhandlers. To be fair, this location is miles above the “Night of the Living Dead” McDonald’s down the street in NOMA, where the local unhoused persons stumble up to you in the drive through to ask you for cash while you’re trying to place an order.
