  Removed the water from their soda fountain and won’t give you water from behind the counter unless you pay for a plastic bottle — such an environmentally unfriendly cash grab.

  Rude staff. I got ice cream for points, and they made it so crappy, you know when you start eating ice cream and you stop and it's almost gone off top, that's what it looked as if, and they didn't want to give me a new one, arguing with me. Then made a second one the same size. Just won't go back. Like it hurts you to make a decent ice cream. Like it comes out your pocket. Everytime they have an attitude. Not going back. Most that have people like them working there are like that.

  I ordered food here when the McDonald’s app said the store was open. The store was not open. I requested a refund from McDonald’s and was told that I had it to request it from the store. The manager of the store will not process my refund even though I didn’t receive my food.
