  For the first time ever in my life , I came to this location and they don’t have free refills on drinks , when has this ever happened at any Macdonalds location terrible I will never come here again all because of no refills , weather is a bad neighbor hood or not , this a first for me . I would give it a zero stars if I could .

  I've tried NOT to do a review for this location but it's TOO MANY issues. For one I've come here and used my app. They claimed they didn't get it before. I get to the window, the cashier asked to see my phone. I later realized that she used 6000 of my points. I let that slide. It's ALWAYS people begging while pulling up I the drive through or once you're picking your food up at the window. Today, I specifically asked for 3 chicken nugget happy meals with extra fries in one and apple slices in the other, along with 3 #1 (Big Mac Meals). I had to ask for straws but once we arrived at our destination there was NO extra fries, they just put apple slices in ALL 3 happy meals and on top of that the apple slices were OLD. It seems they just given rotten apples and fruit to the kids. What made this worse and why I finally did a review was, they put tartar sauce on ALL of the big macs instead of big mac sauce. I'm too far and too annoyed to turn around. I just put some sweet and sour sauce on the big Mac to offset the taste. I've tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt but it seems they are becoming more careless. I would not recommend this location unless you're starving. Otherwise drive out of the city to another location. This poor service, poor food and lack of attention to details is NOT worth it. I know Ronald McDonald is turning over in his grave.
