  The bathroom needed to be cleaned. They need more employees in order to provide better customer service.

  Horrible first time experience. The store was open on New Year's morning. However, the place was operating as if they never served a large crowd. The numbering system for first in first out (FIFO) service was ignored resulting in a disastrous. Numbered bags of food, highlighted by the store order number board came out of the kitchen and sat, while a member of the staff who appeared absolutely overwhelmed with his role cherry picked through orders as if calling BINGO. A complaint I have for McDonald's as a whole is the need to separate the meal delivery window from the dining room window, due to issues with delivery driver orders conflicting with the orders of dining room patrons for timely service. This issue was on full display as the early morning delivery drivers pressed themselves to the front counter demanding immediate service for their awaiting clients alongside dining patrons demanding their food. The result of the cluster 2026 New Year's morning was an hour or more wait for food that was an hour or more cold and stale. The staff almost abandoned providing drinks (although patrons did pay) with many leaving the store worn from the wait with no energy left to fight for what they were due. All this because the staff either through poor training, lack of management skill, or poor leadership abandoned FIFO service on one of the stores busiest mornings. I'm not sure if this experience is the norm but as a first time patron this was my experience and I will never return. I would -5 if I could.

  Fui después de las 19 hs en invierno y mi experiencia no fue buena en cuanto al ambiente. En la puerta había varias personas pidiendo dinero y, ya dentro del local, había gente que no consumía y permanecía en grupos, lo que me hizo sentir incómoda y poco segura. No me sentí a gusto para quedarme a comer, por lo que no lo recomendaría en ese horario.
