  Wouldn't stand by their own coupon for a sandwich even though the app said it was ready. Bad business would not support

  I frequent this Jimmy John's because they are few and far between. Unfortunately, the service is subpar though the food is magnificent. I had asked to use the restroom after purchasing my food. I waited for 10 minutes. They tried to tell me that someone was in the bathroom. I left letting them know that I didn't believe them. I would have had more respect had they said the restroom wasn't open to the public. Guess I have to find another Jimmy John's.
