What an incredible experience from start to finish. Christine was absolutely the best—warm, attentive, and on top of everything even in a packed game-day crowd. The entire staff matched her energy with outstanding service, constant smiles, and a true sense of hospitality. The atmosphere was electric… a sea of orange and blue, great food, great drinks, and even better fellowship. It felt less like a bar and more like being surrounded by old friends. The camaraderie and spirit made the Iron Bowl atmosphere unforgettable. If you want a place with amazing energy, great service, delicious food, and the best Auburn family vibe in the DC Capitol Hill area , then the Hawk and Dove is the place to be. She gave stellar recommendations as it was our first time dining here. From the specials to accommodating my request for nachos “my way” (chips and cheese lol). She was great. Thank you Christine! Can’t wait to visit again :) btw, the Pumpkin Espresso Martini and the Bartender Creation drinks were OUTSTANDING!
