I pick up my order early on the way home, and the process is always smooth. I get a call when my order is ready, and when I text that I’ve arrived, they call right away to ask where I’m parked. Communication is always on point, and she is also very pleasant. The other staff members do a good job as well. Love to see it

I ordered a cake from this bakery on Monday, September 8, for my daughter's birthday, and they told me it would be ready the day after I placed the order, Tuesday, September 9, at 1:45 pm. On Tuesday, I went to pick it up, and I waited until 2:20 for the baker to tell me they hadn't even started my cake. After trying to speak to someone who was in a higher position, the manager, whose name is STEVEN/STEPHEN, he told me to my face, "I don't care about your cake," blatantly disrespecting me, and he did not say sorry. Do NOT go here unless you want to endure unprofessional workers and just buy pre-made cakes.
