I’m not sure if it’s because of the problem with theft in the beer aisle, or the lawsuits going on saying that giant marks their beer up and then advertises “markdowns” to normal price… but there are no markdowns anymore. Also the store always feels dirty. The workers are pretty friendly and helpful though.
- GSGary StantonFeb 11, 20264.0I was super impressed and blown away with the assistance kindness, genuine personable interaction I had with the two young men I had on Superbowl Sunday in the pick up department downstairs. I didn’t get their names but they went far and above in assisting me with a pick up order. Those two young men are the gold standard and should be recognized as such. Those are the type of young men that give us faith that humanity will survive the chaos that this world is swirling in. Thanks for your help. Unfortunately on that same day same store I had memorable negative interactions with two young women employees when I just asked where is the pick up location. Horrendous attitudes. They should be retrained.

Waited beyond what was reasonable time to find attendant managing the pick up room. Very poor attitude, not customer oriented. Would never return here. They make giant brand look completely unprofessional.
