Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by the condition of the restaurant and the staff’s attitude. The dining area was noticeably dirty, and the employees were so rude that we felt uncomfortable just being there. It almost seemed like serving us was a burden rather than their job. There were only two parties in the restaurant—us and one other customer—so it wasn’t a matter of being busy. I was polite when speaking with the staff, but it made no difference. To make matters worse, when I asked for the restroom code (which should have been printed on my receipt but wasn’t), the staff member acted annoyed, as if I was out of line for even asking. Overall, the food was good, but the service and cleanliness at this location were very disappointing.
