She smacked her teeth and said it's Chris B not Christina. She finally gave me the bag of food and ignored me when I asked for managers name. How do you expect to keep customers when you're wrong AND rude? Mind you the receipt on the bag said CHRISTI. Just say you can't read! It's ok I recorded the conversation for my bank 🤪 OH and the food was disgusting.

I never receive this reception from them. The staff is familiar with me and my dog. He refused to give his name. I then asked for the name of the manager on duty. Lucia was very reluctant as well and my Spanish is not fluent but they need to be aware that I understood enough to be offended. This is unacceptable behavior and in front of a manager nonetheless. I only wanted a milkshake and he kept on huffing and puffing and making it difficult. I don’t think he wanted to use the machine.
