- CDChristy David4 days ago1.0Restaurant closes at 10PM instead of 11 as advertised. I placed and paid for a pick up order at 9:50pm and when I arrived, the door was locked and the employee told me that nothing was ready in my name despite providing my order number and showing proof of payment. Manager on duty, Sean, did nothing to mitigate the situation and I still have not received a refund. Unprofessional all around. If you are not open the hours advertised, change them.

I also appreciate that you can get a combo of a burger (unlimited toppings), fries, and a drink for $15. The booths are also nice. Food is great and fries (which they are known for) are amazing.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
