The fact that i went out of my way to write a review - the first time in 7 years speaks volumes how i felt about this place. Words cannot put in perspective how terrible the experience was. 0/10.

I placed and paid for a pick up order at 9:50pm and when I arrived, the door was locked and the employee told me that nothing was ready in my name despite providing my order number and showing proof of payment. Manager on duty, Sean, did nothing to mitigate the situation and I still have not received a refund. Unprofessional all around. If you are not open the hours advertised, change them.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
