It is actually scary and disturbing to watch. I sincerely hope management can deal with her, she claimed to one customer that she is (allegedly) the manager, which is shocking and concerning if that’s true. It’s a shame because the bagels are great, but the overall morale is so low and the woeful absence of customer service exhibited amongst the staff is truly miserable. Avoid this location if you don’t like being disrespected!
