At this point it feels like they’re actively trying to see how wrong an order can get. With so many better options in DC, there is absolutely no reason to subject yourself to whatever chaos is happening at this location. Do yourself a favor: skip this Dunkin’.

About half the staff are friendly, the other half clearly just don't want to be there.
