  The cashier this morning was a little rude I kept saying excuse me excuse me so I could get her attention she was a few feet away she just ignored me and the other worker who was there just looked at me and didn’t even tell the other cashier that I needed her instead she was shoving food down her throat with a pair of gloves she was just using at the food station and plus the lady who took my order acted as if she didn’t want take the order even the person standing behind me shook her head then tried to assist me with what I was getting the lady attention for I visited 1/24/26 time was 11:00 I order a hot chocolate with caramel and two espresso shots and a medium coffee with two creams three sugars

  the woman was incredibly rude and a terrible order taker. when i got our food and asked about some of our items that were missing, i was told they don’t have them when the menu lists that they did. I would have ordered other items if she would have let me know they were out. the food we did get was cold and sloppily made. ruined my experience and my mood. don’t waste your time here.

  i advise you all to stop eating and drinking here the store is filled with roaches and RATS. don’t anyone properly clean and roaches be inside of the coffee pots so when it’s served it leave roaches in people drinks

  It’s currently 7:32am on 9/11/25. About 15-20 minutes ago, I was waiting with a couple people to order coffee, waiting to board our trains. The workers were slow to open (they opened at 7:11, making us wait longer). The cost for a large coffee here is absurd, at $4.29 (without tax) , but that’s not why I’m upset. I asked one of the three workers there for a coffee cup to act as a coffee sleeve, because they handed me a scalding hot cup. The guy working at the cashier told me that I needed to pay for another cup… another cup? He told me that it’s company policy.. is that Dunkin’s policy? If so, please take this up with corporate because their attitude to this simple request was god awful. They did not want to give me a cup or a sleeve to protect my hand. This is ridiculous. Do yourself a favor, don’t come here and just go to the Starbucks upstairs.
