I asked politely, that my signature latte needs whipped, cinnamon sugar and caramel drizzle and was given an attitude by the man in glasses claiming that I didn’t mention that instead of apologizing for miscommunication. Another lady tried asking for her coffee, and was completely ignored. Why not hire more people? When this location is literally next to a university and working areas. The company overall management is terrible, so stingy to hire more employees.
