I then went back to the register to get the difference of the order but the manager wanted to give me something free instead I told her that I’d rather have the difference. So they end up refunding me then charging me for the bites all they could have done was just refund the difference but they proceeded to charge with nothing on my card. I then sat down and they tried to take the food from me so I had to explain to a young lady who spoke English the situation and she understood. Overall I just lost appetite about the whole situation .. very disappointed at my experience here and this was my first time considering it’s close to my house.

The housing challenged individual did not make things any better. Still can’t for the life of me understand why the employees did not just give him a small coffee to send him on his way. I guess it would cost the Dunkin corp billions a year to give the paying folks a better atmosphere.
