The cashier made the wrong drink and instead of taking accountability and simply making a new one, she tried to tell us that we said the wrong thing (we literally read the name off the menu). We politely and calmly asked to have it changed but she wanted to charge us for 2 drinks. We left without ordering it because they were essentially charging us for their mistakes.

The piece was literally not even an inch. The staff attitude also sucks I threw my food away and will never give dunkin the time or day again. Dunking fix this location im tired of paying 5.50 to be ripped off further.

Even my simple coffee order was rushed and made incorrectly. Nearly everyone around me picking up their order also had something wrong. It seems like following basic instructions and/ or reading is a challenge here. I’m visiting and should’ve trusted my first impression instead of giving this place a second chance. Do yourself a favor and get your coffee and breakfast treats elsewhere.
