The cashier made the wrong drink and instead of taking accountability and simply making a new one, she tried to tell us that we said the wrong thing (we literally read the name off the menu). We politely and calmly asked to have it changed but she wanted to charge us for 2 drinks. We left without ordering it because they were essentially charging us for their mistakes.

The piece was literally not even an inch. The staff attitude also sucks I threw my food away and will never give dunkin the time or day again. Dunking fix this location im tired of paying 5.50 to be ripped off further.
