I asked for my bacon to be well done, but instead of making a fresh sandwich, she reheated my original sandwich, which caused the bread to burn. When I pointed this out, she took my sandwich and began moving it around to “prove” that it wasn’t burnt. I asked her not to handle my food like that, and she raised her voice and yelled that she would refund me. She also refused to give me her name. This entire interaction was unprofessional and unacceptable. I expect better treatment and food handling from management.
