  It is not a place open to the public 100% before buying, check that the library is open, because it may be open but they will not let you in to pick up your order.

  Update:I previously gave this place 3 stars but after today's experience I had to change my rating. As stated below I've always struggled with the service. Additionally the people there have always seemed impatient, but today the lady serving me was flat out rude--she got my order wrong and I was trying to explain it to her but she started yelling at me and arguing so finally I had to just give in and take it the way it was so we wouldn't make a scene. The food is good but I struggle with the service at this location--they desperately need to update their self-order kiosks. I have had 2-3 occasions in the past few weeks where I have waited forever only to figure out my order wasn't being taken care of because the item I selected on the kiosk either wasn't actually on their menu or didn't show up on their tickets. each time someone either had to notice I was standing there for a long time or I had to go up and say something. Would be a good if they fixed this--until then word of advice, don't order on the kiosk especially if you're in a rush.
