- AHAdonis HollinsFeb 15, 20261.0I ordered a pizza with a steak cheese sandwich, and after an hour of waiting I never received my order which I paid for. I received a cold pizza which instantly went into the trash upon tasting, and a couple of cold bread pieces which I am assuming are Parmesan bites even though I didn’t order it. I reached out the store and I was kept on hold for 10 mins before even speaking to someone and once I did I was informed that I couldn’t even receive the right order even though I had already paid and it was clear that the driver had made an error by delivering my food to someone else! He placed me on hold again and eventually just said that they’ll give me a refund in 24-48 hours and hung up the phone as If I inconvenienced him by the mistake his employees and store created originally. This definitely ruined my night especially since I have a young daughter who was unable to eat in a timely fashion due to this negligent customer service which was the entire reason I bought the pizza! This stores quality has really diminished over the years and now I’m starting to understand why there are so many negative comments from the community regarding this Domino’s store in particular! Especially in regards to its reputation for poor customer service, bad quality of food being distributed, and extremely unprofessional employees.
