The driver REFUSED to bring it to my mother who just got out of the hospital despite me leaving in the notes “HAND IT TO ME”. He lied and said they wouldn’t let him up , which the front desk confirmed was a lie and said HE REFUSED TO TAKE IT UP. I even tipped the driver. So UNPROFESSIONAL. The driver even called me upon arrival and I instructed him again what to do and he said ok but never did it. So disappointing.
