  They won't tell you about any special they have going on........meaning if you don't know they would play dum as if it doesn't exist so you end up paying more........for the pizza I think that's really bad for business

  I live only a mile away from the store, and the first time I ordered, it took over an hour for my food to arrive and they forgot the sauces I paid for. I just ordered again for the second time months later, and my order was marked as complete but was never delivered. I've been on hold with the store for 30 minutes but no one is picking up. Please do not order from this store.

  Terrible delivery and service 2 hours to wait for a pizza and wings and the wings have yet to delivered. Order from anywhere else and save yourself the issues.

  This place has really gone downhill. From them being racist against people that look like them to pizzas being ice cold to sketchy customer service. It makes you not want to eat from here Decided to place an order for two medium pizzas. One pepperoni, medium pizza with extra cheese and another meat lovers pizza with extra cheese The pepperoni pizza was fine however they gave me a supreme pizza with extra black olives and green peppers on it instead of the meats pizza that I have ordered. I had to physically walk back to the store for them to take the box of pizza that had the wrong pizza in it from my significant other hands, put it in the back on the top shelf with the rest of the pizzas, waiting for people to either pick them up or for them to deliver the pizza. They had an issue with remaking the pizza, even though it was the wrong pizza they gave me. When people walked in there, one particular guy asked them what their name was for their order. But when Other people particularly people of color walked in there they want to know the name for the order the phone number associated with the order. What time was the order picked up? It’s giving sketchy customer service.. Oh, and you want to know what happened to the pizza we had to bring back to the store. The guy took the pizza off the top shelf, gave it to his friend put some toppings on it, placed it On a whole different shelf, as if they was either gonna take it home or try to resell it to somebody Honestly, there’s a Pizza Hut that’s not far &pizza that’s not far. Papa John’s is not far. I would go to those places the next time otherwise I will pick up a frozen pizza from the store and put it in the oven.

  Placed an order took over a hour to be delivered . Pizza came ice cold . Then called and asked for a new order I was told to call back in 2 hours . Then asked to speak to a manager I was told he was not there . I asked for a refund I was told they don’t do that at that location. Never again!
