    I waited 50 minutes after the order was marked as “delivered.” The pizza arrived cold and had barely any toppings. What made the situation worse is that after it was marked delivered, I stood in the lobby for 34 minutes waiting. When I finally called, the employee told me the order was “on time” — simply because their usual delivery time is over an hour. That is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. This experience was very disappointing and does not reflect the service standards customers should expect. $40 after fees, delivery charges and tips, just to because they want to do the bonus, no matter what! UNBELIEVABLE!

    I was waiting for over 1:30 hour in my lobby because I received a text saying my order is on the way but never show up and I called back and they cancelled my order with no explanation and no refund. Horrible xmass I got my xmass is ruined.

    I am writing this review to formally express my disappointment with the service I received from this Domino’s Pizza location. On December 24, 2025, between approximately 1:50 PM and 2:00 PM, I contacted this establishment to report a serious issue regarding my delivery. I spoke with a gentleman who identified himself as the manager. I explained that I intended to file a formal complaint about the delivery driver’s behavior. The driver knocked and banged on my door so aggressively that I initially thought it was law enforcement or emergency services. The force of the knocking was so excessive that picture frames inside my home were nearly knocked off the wall. When I opened the door, it was simply the Domino’s delivery driver with my order. We thanked him, but he appeared visibly upset for no apparent reason. We thanked him again, and he walked away without responding. The interaction was extremely rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately, the experience worsened when I attempted to report the incident. While speaking with the employee on the phone, they stated they were unable to locate my order in the system, despite me providing all required information and confirming I had contacted the correct location. I was told that the manager would contact me once they arrived. When I asked what time the manager would be coming in, I was told that information could not be shared. I then asked for the name of the manager or the individual I was speaking with and was told they were not allowed to provide their name either. As someone who has worked in the customer service industry, I find this completely unacceptable. When handling complaints, a manager or representative should be able to provide their name and basic accountability. This entire experience reflects a severe lack of professionalism, transparency, and proper customer service training. Additionally, I will be requesting the removal of the tip that was included with my order. The delivery driver’s behavior did not warrant a tip, especially after such an unpleasant experience. I had originally planned to be more generous, but that is no longer the case. I will not be ordering from this location again. I strongly recommend that management address these issues and provide proper training to all staff involved. The level of service I experienced was extremely poor and unacceptable.

    Yes the Pizza was so good I forgot to take a picture.. Hot fresh plenty toppings yes first time ever fast food pizza get 4.8 stars.. and you know how I like pizza.... The manager here thumbs up....
