My aunt and I are regular guests at Del Frisco’s, and during a recent visit we unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience with another guest seated at the bar. The situation became extremely disrespectful and uncomfortable, and we were honestly at the point of leaving altogether.
What turned the entire evening around was the incredible professionalism and kindness shown by the Chef RJ. He noticed what was happening and immediately stepped in with such genuine care and concern. He went far above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable, respected, and valued as guests. Instead of allowing the situation to ruin the night, he reassured us, encouraged us not to let someone else’s behavior take away from our experience, and made sure we were taken care of.
That level of hospitality is rare. His professionalism, empathy, and commitment to guest experience reminded us exactly why we continue to return to Del Frisco’s. Employees like him are the true heart of any great establishment.
We are incredibly grateful for the way he handled the situation and for the respect he showed us. Because of him, what could have been a terrible evening turned into a reminder of the excellent service we’ve always appreciated here.

We were able to get in and have a street side table, which was nice. Unfortunately the table was way in the back stuck in a small alcove near a large party. It wasn’t bad, but nothing fabulous that you couldn’t find at other nicer restaurants.
The steaks (filet & ribeye) were nicely prepared and very tender. Exactly what one would expect from Del Frisco’s. The sides (asparagus & a form of mashed potatoes) were good, again, not fabulous.
The waiter was very cordial and professional. Overall service was good. There were several times when he was absent, as if he had to tend to another part of the restaurant. It was kind of strange.
Overall it was a good experience. We have been to numerous Del Frisco’s across the country and will certainly return.
We had an absolutely wonderful dining experience. Our waiter, Titas, was attentive, knowledgeable, and made excellent recommendations on the wines, cocktails, and cuisine. The service was exceptional from start to finish.
What truly stood out was when the chef, RJ, came out to personally speak with us. He shared details about how the meals were prepared and even took the time to give praise to his staff, which speaks volumes about the culture of the restaurant. The food, service, and overall experience were top tier. We will definitely be returning!
So we decided to go to the establishment for my sister’s birthday We got seated In a horrible section, it was right next to the bathroom And the kitchen, which was noisy We sat down. We spoke a little bit and then we finally got a waiter. He took our orders. And once he did, we had to wait An entire hour for all our food to come, which not all of it did come. Once we did, it The waiter did not come or even check up on us or asked if we were enjoying our meal. And the steak I receive Wasn’t the best. But overall, my experience was not good or even professional. I would like to try this establishment again, but it will take me a long time to consider.

Was here for a Corporate Event & the food & wait staff were amazing. Want to make a shout out to Catrina & Isaiah that went above & beyond for me, I had lost a trinket at the event dinner (food again amazing cuts of steak & sides) & did not realize til after we left & the restaurant closed. Catrina & Isaiah were teh wait staff that helped us during the event dinner. (Cartina) She picked up the phone after I called hoping someone would be there & she was. Not ONLY did she located the trinket but got with her GM: Mac to set up a pick up time for me so I can get the trinket back that truly holds a lot of sentimental value. Again, the food was great but the people that work there are even better & truly not only want the dining experience to be awesome but too treat you like family & take care of you even after their service is done. I will keep coming to Del Friscos because the are exemplary in the people they hire & how they treat customers & make a fine dinning experience one of a kind.
