For a top-level steakhouse to not cook your meat to the desired temperature is inexcusable. If I order medium the whole steak should be medium not medium on the inside and well done toward the edges. We also ordered wagyu which is $80 for 3 oz and it was more medium well than medium. The asparagus wasn't really grilled either but maybe that's just how they make it My other gripe is that we went on a Sunday 5:00 and there were maybe four tables in the hole section and it took over 15 minutes each time to get a refill and after we got our food it was more than 10 or 15 minutes before the waiter came back to see if everything was okay. Not great service for this caliber of a restaurant or any restaurant for that matter
