- KMKayla MoneeFeb 20, 20261.0Doors were not open at 10:45 when the associate finally came to unlock the door he just unlocked it and walked away didn’t bother to open it for me, When i said something he ignored me with no apology. The manager was up front helping with online orders and got disrespectful when I asked for lime juice and continued to go back and forth with me after stating I will not be coming back to this location she stated “GOOD” instead of do anything to help the situation or make the experience better. This is the main reason I don’t come to this location because they are known for not having everything available and a rude staff! and the food is not better prepared than other locations. This location needs alot of help and coaching. I would rather drive the extra 10 minutes to go to the Market St NE location anyday! No one greats you or even uses their manners 0 customer service skills.

I wont make the mistake of coming to this location again. if you're out of something at least have it posted or state it from the beginning.
