  My experience at the Chipotle in Navy Yard was honestly one of the worst I’ve had. The food overall was actually very good, but the customer service was terrible. I ordered a kids quesadilla with brown rice and black beans and simply asked for a side of sour cream. I was told that sour cream does not come with the meal. I said that was fine and asked if I could just pay for it separately, but they told me it was against their policy. What made it frustrating is that the Chipotle I normally go to in Dakota Crossing has never had an issue giving me sour cream with my kids quesadilla. The staff at this location were very rude and dismissive. Because of that experience, I won’t be returning to this Chipotle. To each their own, but customer service definitely matters.

  The worst experience ever! 4 workers all talking for 10mins in front of me instead of taking my order. I repeatedly asked them where do I place my order, they all glanced at me and continued talking. When tatiana finally asked me if im ready to order I responded are you ready to take my order as I have been waiting for 10mins in front of them being ignored. She rudely started telling me how I have an attitude and mouth talking about me in my face! I stopped her and said are you they customer or worker? You dont treat ANY customer this way. She decided to skip me when I asked for a manager she pointed at the manager and said shes on the phone. She then to tell me shes not going to take my order and takes her gloves off and leaves to the back leaving me and the rest of the line unattended. This is the most ghettos place with the worse customer service I have ever experienced! Trust me I will be contacting corporate about this location.

  I’m an i heart chipotle but don’t go here at night the workers are too playful and un focused i would say go in the afternoon when the good workers are working also i’m pretty sure the girl at the register was on that stuff

  Today was buy one burrito get an entree free from 4pm-close. I asked to get two burritos, along with 3 other customers. A lady told the entire store it was only buy one burrito get one bowl free. However, i looked up the terms and conditions, but she refused to listen to the Chipotle website and claimed that she was the manager with a smile. Half of the bowl pictured had no protein. I cannot make a complaint about this on the Chipotle app because they did not hand us a receipt. I wish i could have taken a picture of the floor and tables because they were filthy. Not to mention, the floor was extremely slippery and they didn’t have a sign for it. Major red flag. Would not recommend this location. Their steak was also very cold and hard.
