    I placed an order for delivery through UberEats but there were a few options that weren't available through the app. I tried to call the store immediately after placing the order so that I could catch the in-store team members before the order was made but I had to go back and forth with the automated phone service for about 15 minutes before I could get through to someone at the store. The automated system is terrible and they need to update it so that it is not such a hassle. Extremely inconvenient.

    Worse service I've ever seen. Ordered pickup and my order was clearly there and the lady refused to look. If I could give Negative stars I would. Promptly contacted chipotle for my refund

    I came here after work and was pleased with the manager that made the quesarito for me while teaching another employee. This time I came after work and the employees didn't know how and the manager boldly said she wouldn't make it for me. I would give that staff 0 stars if I can. if I can't get a quesarito that means the chipotle is closed... Thanks but no thanks
