  My food was okay but the customer service was terrible and i understand they had a long line but they didn’t have to be rude and make fun of what I ordered like I came in to this location because it was in my way home from my interview I had just got to and I was told by the lady with the red hair that they are out of steak and so I’m like that’s fine can I get the Al pastor chicken and so she gave me that even though like a minute later she gave the customer behind me steak and so I thought “okay that’s fine maybe it came out right after” this older plus size lady was fixing my food up and she didn’t even listen to what I said she didn’t give me the grilled peppers and queso on my bowl and I told her I want all the sauces like the green and red and corn one but she just put everything on there the lettuce the cheese an the sour cream and guacamole and I don’t even eat guacamole and I tried to tell her no mam I just wanted these 3 salsas and then she makes a big scene and tells the girl with the red hair to trade places who mind you was really patient with me fixes my order . The plus size lady then begins to make fun of me and my order saying oh she gonna be making a mess tonight and made comments about my weight . They even tried to charge me extra for the queso and grilled peppers on the side that I wanted on my bowl. The only reason why I even went to this location is because this was on my way home from an interview I just finished and I really was craving some chipotle because it’s my favorite place to go to and next time I’ll just go out of my way to a different location.

  The staff here are saints. They dealt with an extremely impolite customer with grace and patience. The portions are great and the quality matches the other locations.

  I went on Sunday Jan 25th, so it was pretty cold outside, and there was no one inside. The workers gave me pretty good portions, and they helped me find my gloves when I left them behind. I was also able to warm myself up, and charge my phone a little bit, because it was on 2%. I got a burrito bowl and it lasted me 4 days. thats how much they gave me I went inside after walking 8 miles with a huge heavy backpack in the snow, so it let me rest my shoulders too cuz they were killing me
