The whole vibe from the staff was awful — rude, dismissive, and acting like customers are a burden instead of the reason the place even exists. The energy here is just miserable. If this is how they treat paying customers, I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere. Management needs to be changed immediately, along with every single employee in this place — including the security guard. This location is a complete embarrassment to the Chipotle brand.
