  I went to CAVA the other day and there was a hispanic woman with black hair, and she was seriously so kind to me. It was a little busy, but she didn’t rush me at all. I can be indecisive sometimes, and she was super patient while I figured out what I wanted. She took her time, made sure everything looked good, and was just really warm and genuine the whole interaction. You could tell she actually cared about doing a good job and making customers feel comfortable. It honestly made my day a little better. Customer service like that doesn’t go unnoticed, and I really appreciated her!

  As a faithful cava customer - this is one of my favorite locations. The food is always fresh and the people working are always cool and friendly.

  I’ve been to this location three times, and unfortunately each visit has been a negative experience. The most recent visit confirmed for me that this is not a one-off issue, but a pattern. I was given less than half a scoop of rice and chicken, and when I asked for what appeared to be a standard portion, I was told I would be charged extra. Meanwhile, I observed other customers receiving full, generous scoops without any pushback. I don’t mind paying for extra food when I’m actually receiving a proper base portion first—but paying nearly $20 for a bowl that’s barely filled is unacceptable. What made this experience worse was the lack of basic customer service. There was no greeting, no friendliness, and I genuinely felt singled out. I am an African-American customer, and after experiencing this repeatedly—and having a coworker with me who noticed the same
