CAVA has become one of my go-to spots. Everything always tastes super fresh — I love how you can customize your bowl exactly how you want it. Stephanie was friendly and patient when I was deciding on what to add. The portions are generous, and I always leave full but not weighed down. Definitely recommend if you want something tasty and wholesome without spending too much time or money.

The vibe was super chill and welcoming — perfect spot to have lunch and enjoy a good meal.
Big shoutout to the manager, Heidi for running such a great team and having an amazing super friendly atmosphere and which was a really nice touch. You can tell everyone there loves what they do.

I had an excellent experience placing my first order at CAVA thanks to Heidi. She was incredibly friendly and patient, taking the time to walk me through all the menu options and helping me customize my bowl exactly how I wanted it. Her positive attitude and knowledge made the entire process easy and enjoyable. Great customer service like this makes a huge difference. Thank you, Heidi! Five stars.

Yesterday I posted this review on yelp and I wanted to post it here too! “I was already overstimulated and exhausted and all I was craving was a cava bowl. When I tell you this cava brought my happiness back I’m not even exaggerating. Not only did my food hit the spot. I had great very short convo with one of the managers, I think her name was Heidi? She was so sweet and made feel important. She saw how upset I was and decided to lift my spirits. She didn’t ask why I was upset. All she said was “ I see you’re upset, and I want you to leave this place with greatness. Don’t forget that no matter what you’re beautiful and you shouldn’t worry about things that would take your beauty away. Some times smiling can make your world brighter.” Since then I realized I’ve been smiling while enjoying my food. I’m writing this review because you can never find places that always care about their customers like that. I hope it continues to grow. I’m definitely making this cava my new cava place.”

I’m extremely disappointed with the ongoing racism and discrimination I’ve experienced at this CAVA location. This is not an isolated incident—there is an active, repeated pattern of disrespect that has made both customers and workers uncomfortable. I’ve attempted multiple times to reach someone in upper management to address these serious issues, but I still haven’t been able to speak with anyone who can take real action.
It’s unacceptable that concerns this serious are being ignored. I’m speaking up not only to regain the respect I deserve as a customer, but also on behalf of the employees who are forced to work in an environment where discrimination is allowed to continue. Until CAVA addresses these problems at a higher level, this location will continue to fail both its staff and its community.
