I asked the staff member to add hot sauce, but he didn’t listen and threw away the whole bowl without explaining why. When I asked for a few more toppings, he ignored me and acted disrespectfully. I was really disappointed this isn’t what I expect from CAVA. I hope management takes this seriously and makes it right.
