I wanted to love this place. From sourcing to ordering only to arrive and find out it’s a big disappointment.
The server/cashier/attendant/ whatever hat he chooses to wear, is terrible. I have to now sadly point out that I am an African American Black and he’s a black individual as well so my complaint is racial or bias. I on the other hand, can say that I met a unsatisfied house slave who hated my guts from the moment I walked in.
My croissant was cold, eggs, visually missing, and cinnamon roll (purpose of my trip) of course wasn’t even packaged in my baggie. Mission failure. After a few bouts with this gentleman, I ended up purchasing something else to REPLACE my cinnamon roll fixings as the brownies available weren’t sufficient. There I go spending more money than his service was worth. But I mean, I had a sweet tooth for two days that needed to fixed immediately!
While getting my new fixings, a woman at the counter awaited his service at the same counter as I, which made the exchange even worst. It became unclear whose packaging was on the counter as there were two of them.
I asked if the one in front was mine and then was handed it while the money,(denied cash and was asked for card), was handled.
I left. Packed the new bag into my other bag, then I got home and noticed that my croissant was missing and I was only given a repackaged side of eggs, void of my croissant that I didn’t want it touching or next to. Highly! Disappointing. I also wasn’t given my original receipt!
Oh yeah! Did I mention that upon arrival, I had to completely show him the whole order as he outrightly didn’t believe that I had missing items when questioned. And I only questioned because I ordered 5 items and could’ve only visibly see 1 within the bag.
Oh, there’s no frosting on the cinnamon rolls and they don’t bake in restaurants to provide any substitutions or add ons.

The enclosed pastries compartment had mosquitoes inside of it. I canceled my order. Great place to be seated, but I won't be eating here.
