You all can make your own decisions about a steakhouse where the butter knives are sharper than the steak knives.. there are so many other critiques but let's just stop there.. have fun wasting your money.

I had such a lovely time at BOURBON STEAK! The atmosphere feels classy but still comfortable, and the staff was so warm and attentive. My steak was cooked perfectly—super tender and full of flavor—and the sides were just as delicious. The cocktails were amazing too. It’s definitely a great spot for a nice night out, and I’d love to come back again!

I’m glad that I had my reservation from this restaurant. it started with the host and she’s good at explaining their menus. I planned a special dinner to celebrate at bourbon steak. I talked to Sija and Andres to plan everything from making pre-selected menu up to the day of service and the timing of service. I am a very detailed person so I want everything everything to run smoothly and went so well. I was so happy that even the menu is personalized. the food was fantastic we enjoy every bit of it.

I expected much more from this restaurant after reading the reviews and recommendations. We walked in to a freezing temperature, I had to sit on my hands to keep them from freezing. Service was slow, it took about 20 minutes before we got some bread and complimentary fries, the rest of the food came in slowly. The food quality was good but not the level you’d expect for the price you pay here.
