They were playing our favourite Crowded House and serving our favourite Tim Tams. (We asked for Vegemite on toast but they said their distributor is having problems.) but the chicken avocado wrap was fantastic.

This location in DC is nothing like what we experienced in Houston. The shop was severely understaffed, making the service incredibly slow. Then after a long wait, our cappuccinos were terrible. I've had a better cappuccino from a gas station vending machine. There are much better coffee shops in DC. Avoid this one.
- DDDawnDec 11, 20251.0You need to manage this location better. The coffee is delicious, but you had ONE person working - downtown DC, in the morning, on a Thursday. I had to leave WITHOUT my order, despite having ordered in advance from the app while still on the train. You had one employee working and the poor guy was overwhelmed with orders. I waited as long as I could before I was endanger of being late for work. Do better with your staffing.
