- AWAmber Wu2 days ago1.0I redeemed a free coffee with points through my Dunkin donut app but they said they do not do anything with the app because they are a franchise. So I couldn’t even pay with the money loaded on DD app.
- AJAsia JordanJan 24, 20261.0The cashier this morning was a little rude I kept saying excuse me excuse me so I could get her attention she was a few feet away she just ignored me and the other worker who was there just looked at me and didn’t even tell the other cashier that I needed her instead she was shoving food down her throat with a pair of gloves she was just using at the food station and plus the lady who took my order acted as if she didn’t want take the order even the person standing behind me shook her head then tried to assist me with what I was getting the lady attention for I visited 1/24/26 time was 11:00 I order a hot chocolate with caramel and two espresso shots and a medium coffee with two creams three sugars

I would have ordered other items if she would have let me know they were out. the food we did get was cold and sloppily made. ruined my experience and my mood. don’t waste your time here.
