  I go here every so often, maybe more so in the summer months as I do enjoy their iced coffee and it’s cheaper than other options in the area. I haven’t had their donuts in a while but they’re a solid option if you need the sugar rush. The service here is hit and miss. While most times it’s fine, I’ve had a few experiences with long wait times and attitudes from some workers. While waiting for an order this morning, nothing but a plain iced coffee, I heard every number called except mine. After a long wait, one of the staff members got annoyed with me as she claimed she called out my number. I’m not deaf and I know how to count numbers. My number was never called. It was particularly busy for a Friday so I understand and usually give the benefit of the doubt but i don’t like how I was treated today. Outside of this experience this morning, and one similar incident a few years ago, it’s been fine otherwise. I’ll revisit but probably not as frequently.

  Everybody here is so nice even when it’s snowy outside. Thanks so much to Yurgi. So sorry cause I know i butchered her name but she was wonderful and helped me out so much !!!

  Wish the doughnuts in the morning weren't hard as rocks n cold but the staff and service here in comparison to other locations is great.

  I stopped into the Dunkin Donuts on 1201 G Street, NW to purchase a bottle of water and a worker pulled a knife on me and stated I was about to walk out of the store with the water. This was untrue, I had the money in my hand and showed it to the worker and said you did not give me a chance to pay for the water and I was not anywhere close to the door. She said the camera videoed me trying to walk out of the store with the water, that same camera videoed that worker pulling that knife on me. I put the water down on the counter and left the store, as I was unsure how this event would have further unfolded. The worker followed me to the door with the knife in her hand. I contacted Dunkin Donuts headquarters and the police and reported the incident. The camera footage showed that I was NOT trying to steal the bottle of water. I was informed that the worker was fired. I am filing assault charges and will never ever patronize a Dunkin Donuts store after this horrible experience.
