- VVVernellMar 18, 20262.0I love Dunkin just not this location. They are short staffed and severely struggling on a day to day basis. I have waited up to 30min for an online order and it was still wrong. They don't put receipts on the bag so often don't even know what they are handing you. Be sure to check your bag before exiting. There is a yong lady who may have an issue. I went there today. She asked me what I wanted. I said I would like a large lemonade refresher. She said, just lemonade? I said no, I would like Berry Acai. She said, "berry acai eith sparkling water?" I said no with lemonade. She says, "You want a medium?" No, I would like a large berry acai refresher with lemonade. Someone no matter what the order is she gets it wrong. If I ask for a maple donut, she will give me bosyon cream. When I return it she will get upset... This store barely functions with only 2-3 employees during peak times. They are so busy, they are stressed, they are angry, all the customers are angry, etc. This is just not good for business. The old manager had things running very smoothly. This store needs an intervention immediately. I try to give them grace because ai understand the struggle. I wont come during peak times, I wont say anything of they mess up my order, and I disregard their attitudes. I hope they get the help they need.
