  The delivery service is horrible. James was rude and unprofessional. He called as he was pulling up and since the app stated that if someone other than you claimed the order you needed to show your card. So when he told me he was pulling up, I said someone else would be there to get it who would have my--*click* He hung up in my face! I HATE that you have to tip before your order arrives and that you can't leave feedback through the app. So, here I am. James is horrible and undercut the work of the kitchen, because the pizza was good. I tipped 25%. Never tipping there again and we're already making Little Ceasars or &Pizza our go-to.

  I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the level of service I recently received from my local Domino’s store. Over the course of two days, I attempted multiple times to contact the store regarding a delivery inquiry and to confirm an order I placed through the app. Unfortunately, each time I called, I was met with unprofessional behavior, including being hung up on by employees on several occasions. This made it extremely difficult to get even basic information about my order. The order in question was a large one, consisting of six pizzas and three dessert items, so it was important for me to confirm the details and ensure everything was handled correctly. Instead, I was left frustrated and without assistance. As a store manager for a major retailer, I understand the importance of customer service and professionalism. The experience I had does not reflect the standard of service I would expect from a company like Domino’s, nor does it align with what I know to be the brand’s core values. I would appreciate the opportunity to speak with a member of management regarding this matter and to address the behavior of the staff involved. I hope that appropriate steps can be taken to ensure this does not happen to other customers in the future. The photo attached was the reason I was calling back to because it was an order from a different state attached to my phony number and the Spanish lady told me to get off the phone with her or my order was gonna be late smh

  Beware!!!!!!!!! Order your food, and you will still be hungry!!!! Take your card information which is schetchy I was trying to just feed my family. Staff was no help. PS: Hangry family

  First of all we spent 30 something minutes trying to place an order in the system wouldn't let us until we finally downloaded the app and it went through. Even though How to make it a cash payment I called the store to inform them to bring enough change because it wouldn't let me do a card payment In the employee was extremely rude and disrespectful in a way where I would never want to order from Domino's again after this experience.

  So I placed a order at 10:30 came in at 10:49 and was told by a dread headed lady that my order isn't prepared yet because their busy ... Meanwhile she literally only has my order on the screen .. I was told I have to wait another 15 minutes.. the order was placed under my friends name
