  The black women cashier over there is so rude. the other day i went there, paid for my chipotle bowl. she was helping a ubereat driver and when she went to get the ubereat driver food, she left my bowl on the shelf. after that she was accusing me for skipping the lane and stealing. i was there standing...then another chipotle worker said, you left his bowl on the shelf..the thing is i would not even write this review..only if she said sorry. it happened multiple times with her. she is so rude. i hope chipotle fires her. she is the reason many people i know do not like to go there.

  Extremely disappointing experience – multiple mistakes I usually don’t write reviews, but this experience at Chipotle was unacceptable. My friend and I are both pure vegetarians, and we ordered burrito bowls with brown rice. • Both bowls came with uncooked rice—very hard to chew. • To make matters worse, my friend’s vegetarian bowl contained a piece of steak. We didn’t notice it immediately. • We asked for a replacement because of the rice issue. After waiting 10–15 minutes and reminding them several times, they finally replaced it. The replacement bowl had white rice, but the salsa was extremely minimal, making it dry and not tasty. Then, the worst happened: even the replacement bowl I received contained a piece of steak, despite being a vegetarian order. I have a photo as proof. This is completely unacceptable, especially for vegetarians. I hope Chipotle takes food safety and order accuracy seriously.

  Dirty restaurant, discolored guac & lettuce, rude employees, the drink station was a complete mess. Just go in Western Market and get something else!

  I ordered from chipotle in Western market in Foggy Bottom, Washington DC Around 12 pm. I ordered in person. They did not provide a receipt and they just told me to keep moving in the line after I paid. Once I checked my phone, I saw that I was charged for almost $24. This is ridiculous and unacceptable As I only got one bowl. I only got one bowl containing chicken and guacamole, I was charged for almost $24. This has never happened to me before. I was charged for someone else’s meal. :(

  Usually this place is outstanding but this past experience there was a ah but much they was out of everythg had to keep tell the one work the line to refill the food before be give the straps of barely nun when u got fresh everythg of refill or stuff on the line
