  The restroom doors do not lock, other wise the staff was kind most of the time, although some were rude, and able to take care of it quickly. The food was okay. The coke you can buy does not fill a full, large, cup. The place also felt a little crowded.

  Giving this location a 3 stars because they did not ask if I wanted a bag and charged me 5¢ even though we ate in store and were not carrying out.

  I took my baby to Chipotle to eat. I ordered white rice, chicken, pinto beans, sour cream, and lettuce; however, instead of giving me lettuce, the man added avocado—even though I never asked for avocado. I paid over $21 for that bowl, a fountain soda, and an apple juice for my daughter. When we sat down to eat, I noticed the avocado in the bowl, and my daughter said, "I don't want that." I didn't want the avocado either, as it contained onions and I am allergic to onions. So, I thought, "This isn't my order; maybe they made a mistake." But when I went back and told them, "I didn't ask for avocado," the man who had served me the food insisted, "Yes, you did." I replied, "No, I didn't ask for that; I asked for lettuce." Yet, he continued to insist that I had ordered avocado. At that point, the young woman at the register said, "You can just throw it in the trash." So, I went and threw the food away. However, the man who had been serving the food kept making comments, so I told them, "I want a refund." They only refunded me about $14; they had charged me nearly $8 just for the soda and the juice. I had a very bad experience at that place; it was my first time going there, and it will certainly be my last..

  It doesnt matter what state I am in the dining room is always dirty!! The need to get just a dinning room person!! But I love the food so I always over look that! Had to wait about 10 min after my food was done for the cashier. I feel there's no Teamwork! I feel for the workers though but the food is one of my favorites!

  Went to Chipotle Mexican Grill on Saturday around 4 p.m. and honestly had a pretty bad experience. The young cashier was really rude and had a serious attitude the whole time. When it came time to hand me my food, she basically just tossed it on the counter with no care at all. It felt super unprofessional and just unnecessary. I’m not one to complain, but this definitely wasn’t a good experience. Hope they work on their customer service.
