- AJAlejandro JerezApr 3, 20262.0I’m not sure if you guys really take this kind of feedback into account, but I’ve gotta say this: I’m at this location right now, and honestly… at the front there were four employees plus a bald guy with glasses (like me), who I’m guessing is the supervisor. Out of all of them, only the cashier and that guy were actually working. The others spent the whole 25–30 minutes I was there just laughing and chatting, even pushing back on the supervisor’s instructions. Meanwhile, he was doing everything handing out orders, serving drinks, checking on tables, cleaning up, asking customers if everything was okay. I’ve worked in hospitality for six years, so I know what I’m talking about, he’s doing an amazing job. It’s really frustrating to see such a lack of respect for customers, who end up waiting way longer than they should because it feels like only the kitchen staff and a couple of people up front are actually doing their jobs. Plus, the supervisor even said goodbye to me using my name, which was honestly impressive and something you’d expect from really high customer service standards.

The customer service was extremely poor and far from the friendly service this brand is usually known for. The Cashier, bumped into my shoulder while speaking to me. It felt rude and unnecessary asking me to leave since they don’t have dinning room available. (? Lol there’s literally tons of space there. Customer service should be polite, respectful, and attentive, and unfortunately that was not the case during this visit. I get it’s fast food but still very rude and giving an attitude since i ask her to remove pickles from my sandwich. Had to eat on the street, very disappointed.
