The machines seem to be powered by grubhub which will notify you when your order is ready. The software doesnt ask you for the sauces you d’like, so after 30+ minutes of waiting , you walk away realizing that it is too late, you are missing the sauces, the most important part of the meals. It is also very overpriced !

I know its a busy place but I genuinely don't understand how something like that even happens??
